Tuesday 8:30 am Boot Camp (cardio intervals with boxing)
9:15 am Awesome Abs & Arms
10:00 am Variety Training Class (variety of training circuits)
Wednesday 8:30 am Cardio Stations (variety of cardio)
9:15 am Power Core Training (whittle the middle-abs
w/ light weights)
5:30 pm P.M. Boot Camp (cardio intervals with boxing)
Thursday 9:00 am All-in Boxing (interval partner drills)
9:45 am Core/Strength (mat class with lots of needed stretching)
12:30 am Noon Training Class (variety of training circuits)
Friday 8:30 am A.M. Training Class (variety of training circuits)
9:15 am Tough Buns (lower body challenge)
10:15 am Low Intensity Boxing
Saturday 8:30 am Awesome Abs
9:00 am Underdog Boot Camp with Kim and Anthony
